Stock Office Clerk
3 on 3 off 0600-1800 hours
A vacancy has arisen for a Stock Clerk to work at our Holmewood Depot reporting to the Stock Manager.
Main duties to include:
Telephone bookings – monitoring the diary for lates/no shows/waiting times.
Good telephone manner as dealing direct with customers
All aspects of goods receipts/despatches
Scanning Indexing of all documentation
Basic transport functions.
Investigating any returns/damages etc.
General office/admin duties undertaken within the depot.
Communication with head Office on any customer issues.
AS400 and SAP experience would be preferred but not essential as training will be given
