Belfield’s Salted Caramel Profiteroles Win Top Prize at Chef’s Choice Awards

Belfield’s Chocolate Coated Salted Caramel Profiteroles have won the top prize in the finished dessert category at the Chef’s Choice Awards.  The Chocolate Coated Salted Caramel profiteroles were created to meet consumer’s desire for on trend, alternative flavours on traditional desserts.  Filled with salted caramel sauce and coated with crisp milk chocolate, these profiteroles are a tasty addition to any menu.
